LD1
For new and aspiring leaders of people who want to gain traction swiftly:
12 sessions, six module topics and 1-on-1 coaching to enable experiential learning for better long-term results. For individuals or cohorts of up to 6.
The modules are built on the work of leading scientists and researchers, the program includes: Setting and achieving goals: Accountability and performance: Psychologically safe workspaces: Recognizing potential and inspiring team members: All towards leading high-impact, high-value teams
Through the program, you will
Gain insight on leadership fundamentals
Have the opportunity to integrate what you learn within your individual work environment and begin the journey towards maximizing your individual strengths in your role as a leader
maximize the integration of the leadership insights as coaching tailors what you learn to your individual strengths within your specific environment
LD2
For people with leadership experience wanting to expand their capabilities. This program is optimal for leaders in fast-paced, complex, challenging environments.
24 sessions, 12 module topics with 1-on-1 coaching to enable experiential learning for long-term results. For individuals or cohorts of up to 6.
As with LD1, these modules are built on the work of leading scientists and researchers. The program includes all of LD1 plus: Creating the team environment that is safe for team members to express their brilliance, professionally and where innovation, creativity and resilience thrive. We include feedback (given and received), utilizing professional candor, and harnessing the productive power of opposing opinions.
Workshops
Both programs, LD1 and LD2 are offered in highly interactive workshop format without 1-on-1 coaching. For groups larger than 6.
